Would you like to get extra insight into leads you capture on your Unbounce pages? Read on to find out how you can easily incorporate additional demographic information provided by RapLeaf into your lead capture process.
RapLeaf works to answer three questions about your leads:
RapLeaf can return up to 3 pieces of information for an email address, including: age, gender and location.
When logged into Unbounce, navigate to the top of the page and click on "Account."

Next, navigate down from Account to "Integration Details" and click on that.

RapLeaf is the first option available for Integration Details. To activate RapLeaf, just select "Enable Rapleaf" then click on "Update Settings" to save your changes.

When enabled, RapLeaf data is automatically included with WebHook and Email Notifications. You can also view RapLeaf data in "View all Leads" and "Download CSV of Leads" on your page overview.

I just enabled this to see the data for an existing landing page with a lot of conversions, but there's no data in the RapLeaf columns.
Does RapLeaf have to be turned on *prior* to a conversion coming in, or does it retroactively look at all the email addresses that exist for a page?
Or, does it just take a couple of hours after it's turned on to do it's magic?
Thanks,
-James
We've had RapLeaf turned on since we started and the fields are in the CSV file but they are empty. The fields ARE NOT on the new lead EMAIL. Is this only available to paying customers of Unbounce? Or is it not working properly?
Rapleaf is not giving me any information either and we are on a paying account. Could you provide some guidance on what we are doing incorrectly.
Just a heads up here -
We are experiencing difficulty with our RapLeaf integration.
The standard RapLeaf integration we've been offering is based off of RapLeaf's free offering, which they've recently discontinued.
We are going to be making an announcement soon on this subject, also indicating how we may or may not implement RapLeaf on a per-user basis, requiring a RapLeaf account per-user.
Any updates on this - we still see empty columns everywhere..
Hi Ulrik, we updated our RapLeaf integration early in 2012; sometime around February or March.
Can you open a support ticket so we can help you with your problem? You can email us at support@unbounce.com, or any other method listed here: http://unbounce.com/support/contact-us/
Thanks!
How can we get additional Rap Leaf columns, say HOUSEHOLD INCOME if we want to pay more?
