Unbounce allows you to map fields from your Unbounce form to many of our third party integrations. Adding a new field to your field mapping set up lets you map a value from Unbounce to a new field with your integration service.
Field mapping allows you to send a field in Unbounce to a different field in your integration. If you haven't already enabled Field Mapping, have a look at our Unbounce Answers article How to Enable Field Mapping.
If you have a value in your Unbounce form that doesn't exist in your integration service, the Add New Field feature will automatically add a new field in your integration service. This is handy because you can manage the integration right within Unbounce without having to hop around from service to service.
Add New Field will create a new field in your integration service and send data from your Unbounce form over to that field.

That's it, you're all set!
Once you add the remote field and select it in your field mapping setup, Unbounce will map the select form field over to that target.
If you are experiencing difficulties with field mapping, please send us an email at support@unbounce.com.

How come there's no option to delete Custom Field? It's making error messages because I can't delete the Custom Field that I mistakenly created.
Any form field - custom or not - can be mapped to "(-) Not Mapped", and this will not send the value through when you receive leads.
Alternatively, a red minus (-) icon appears to the left of saved custom field mapping fields. You can click this to remove the custom field mapping field from your integration.
I hope that helps!
