promos.mydomain.com as your address, enter promos here. Or, if you're using a root domain such as www.mydomain.com then you'll want to enterwww here. Do not leave this blank.CNAME from the Type dropdown menu.unbouncepages.com as the Points To value.

this isn't working. it says i already have a cname record and that i have multiple cname records. i spoke with blue host and they said i have to change the A (HOST) section @ IP address to your IP address. Please advise as to what is the correct way to get this functioning.
Hi Christian - there are quite a few reasons we don't recommend updating using an A record for the the @ IP address. BlueHost wouldn't be familiar with Unbounce's set up which is why they'd still advise this method. Can you open a new support ticket and send us your account email address, the domain you're trying to configure, and the exact issue you're seeing?
I'm having the same problem; and Blue-host has suggested me to do the same thing. Can you please help?
HI Adam - generally when a host wants you to point to an IP adress, they're working with the root domain. Let's say your domain is "cheapelephants.com" and you want to use "www.cheapelephants.com" with Unbounce. Bluehost might be looking to set up two records. I'd recommend the following setup:
I am having the same issue has anyone figured this out?
Hello Marques - there isn't a solution for the A Record unfortunately. BlueHost must configure a CNAME record for your subdomain. If you can send screenshots of your DNS to support@unbounce.com, we may be able to coach you through the configuration process.
