Managing Clients (formerly Sub-accounts) [VIDEO]

What are Client Accounts?

Client Accounts allow you to:

  • Keep your projects separate
  • Limit access to users
  • Keep domains separate
  • Specify unique settings (email notifications, integrations, labs features)

How can I use Clients?

What you will need:

  • A Pro subscription

What it will do:

When you have access to multiple clients, the Client arrow appears in the top left of the Dashboard which takes you to your client list.  This list lets you hop between the Clients you can access.

Setting up a new Client

  1. Log in to Unbounce.
  2. Click on Clients in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the green Add Client button*
  4. Give your client a name, upload a logo if you like, and click Create Client
  5. You can now use the Client Switcher in the top left of the Dashboard window to switch between your clients

Editing, Archiving or Deleting Clients

  1. Log in to Unbounce.
  2. Click the Client arrow in the top left of the Unbounce wndow.
  3. Click Manage above the account whose Clients you'd like to manage.
  4. Click Manage Add-Ons.
  5. Click the Clients.
  6. Access the Cog Menu (cog_menu.png) next to the appropriate Client.
  7. Select the option (Edit or Archive)
