Glad you asked. The name was derived from the desire to reverse the marketing analytics term known as bounce rate - hence to Unbounce.

Just curious, why don't you reflect the bounce rate metric in your dashboard..or am i missing it? I find myself traversing GA and Unbounce oftentimes for just this piece of data
