To add your Google Analytics tracking code into your Unbounce landing page follow one of the two methods described below. They both work. Google Analytics provides two different types of tracking snippets, the Traditional snippet and the Asynchronous snippet. Google (and Unbounce) recommend the Asynchronous code.
The new way - the asynchronous code snippet
To add Google Analytics to your landing page:
Log in to your Google Analytics account and click the gear button at the top-right of your dashboard.
Use the Profile drop-down menu to select the profile with which you want your landing page metrics associated.
Click the Tracking Code tab.
Scroll down to Step 2 (Paste this code on your site) and copy the code.
Paste the tracking script into scripts dialog, name your script and choose Head for placement.
Save and republish your page to send the changes live.
