If you exceed your unique visitor allotment you will receive a polite email from us asking you to upgrade. That's it. Your pages will continue to function as normal, you will still be able to access your account and all your data will still be available to you.

Thanks, this is good to know. When choosing the plans you offer, I was worried that I would have to guestimate in advance how much traffic I was going to receive, with the fear that the site would go down once the limit was exceeded and until it was upgraded.

what happens if we launch and have an initial spike past 2500 uniques... but are just happy with standard option and dont really want to upgrade? will we be pulled off?
@Angus - you'll still receive an upgrade email but if you exceed your plan's subscription limit by a slim margin, we're understanding. If you will significantly exceed your plan's traffic then please upgrade to ensure uninterrupted service.
I grabbed your special offer recently, and I just need to allow more traffic. But if I choose to upgrade from my plan to a new one, I am in fact losing features! I don't want to be stuck in the current plan as I need more traffic capacity. Is there a way to handle this.
Also, in my case, someone sent junk traffic from link shorter paid service (like adf -ly) and completely depleted my traffic balance in 2 hours. Any chance to have a feature to block traffic based on referer?
