All Unbounce users can modify their own account settings at any time by accessing the Account menu and going to Manage Account > Subscription > Change Plan then selecting their preferred subscription level.
If you want to cancel your subscription, access the Account menu and go to Manage Account > Subscription then click the Cancel Subscription button. This will downgrade your account to the free subscription level. On the free plan you will not be billed but will still retain access to your account and your pages.

If you want to avoid being billed at the end of your free trial, just cancel your subscription before the trial ends.

How can I delete my account?
Hi Nathan, if you wish to delete your account, please email us at support@unbounce.com.
Cheers,
Carter
use the credit card to sign up, wont past in html, no cancel option, your site sucks guys! you ruined it for me..
There is no free option. Below the pricing table it says "No Free-trial available" I don't want to use unbounce anymore after January 1st. how do I do this.
Hello Marlon! You can terminate your subscription by accessing the Unbounce dashboard and clicking Account > Manage Subscription > Downgrade to a Free Plan.
Doing this will prevent you from being billed on your next subscription renewal date and will let you retain access your account and statistics.
Hope that helps :)
Update Feb 29 2012: The account management screen has been updated. See the article above for the current downgrade instructions.
I signed up for a free plan and you didnt send me an email before billing me. Guys, you can be better than this. If your product is good enough, it will sell without PHANTOM BILLING. When i try to downgrade the account, you send an emai suggesting the downgrade will happen after the next billing date!! This is not the way to create good will. When i saw this email, i decided not only to downgrade my account, but to delete my account and to post feedback warning other users that this could happen to the.
Carter, surely we can do this better?
Hi Eva - I'm sorry to hear about your experience because that certainly isn't our intent. The 30 day free trial leads into a paid subscription unless the subscription is terminated by downgrading to the free account level before the trial ends. In the confirmation email you received when you signed up for the trial, you should see:
***Your credit card will be billed $xx.xx when your trial expires on MM/DD/YYYY.*** If you have signed-up using a Coupon Code or similar, this may not apply to you.
If you want to downgrade your subscription before the end of your trial period, log in to Unbounce and go to 'Account' => 'Manage Subscription' => 'Change Plan'. From here you can downgrade to 'Free' or any other subscription plan.
However, we understand that misunderstandings can happen and we encourage you to contact us at support@unbounce.com If you ever encounter a billing issue.
Once again, I apologize for the confusion but I hope this helps to clarify things.
Hi Guys!
I'd like to downgrade my account to the free level, cause for next month our clients have no need, but what about my custom domains? I can retain only one of them, isn't it? I will lose the setting that I performed to manage the others? looking forward to your details ;) thanks
Hi there!
That's right, if your account is downgraded to the 'Free' level, the account will then only allow one custom domain. However I should mention that for any custom domains you know that you will be using again, you can delete them from your Unbounce account but leave the CNAME record which you previously had to setup in order to point them to the Unbounce servers (CNAME that points to 'unbouncepages.com'). This will make it so that you can downgrade successfully but once you want to restart the account again with those given custom domains, you will not need to go back to your host to create the CNAME records since they will have already been set up.
I hope this workaround is helpful but please fee free to contact us at support@unbounce.com if further clarification is needed.
I can not unsubscribe, a message appears "Before you cancel - Your account has some add-ons that will no longer be available on your new subscription plan. Please remove the following things before you continue: Remove domains. Manage domains here " but I already removed all domains, what do I do?
Hello Eros - It looks like it could be that you've still got add-ons on your subscription even though all of your domains have been removed. I'm sorry for the confusion in the message. You can remove your add-ons by going Manage Account > Features then zeroing them out as shown below.
If you continue to experience the issue, please send us an email to support@unbounce.com and we'll dig in.
Thank done a downgrade where I use unbounce again, because this is the best tool for landing pages.
